Burglary/Robbery :

Did you know…
A person can be charged and convicted of he aids, abets or conspires to these crimes. Accomplices are charged with the same crime as the one who commits the Burglary. A higher degree of Burglary will be charged if there are people in the place that has been entered.

The principal difference between Robbery and Burglary is that to commit Burglary, one must enter a building to take property belonging to another.
